api555 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and cryptocurrency (USDT via TRC20 and ERC20 networks). All deposits must originate from accounts or wallets registered in your name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases, though some payment methods may experience delays of up to 15 minutes. api555 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) policy. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal processing times average 15-30 minutes, though first-time withdrawals or large amounts may require additional verification and take up to 48 hours.
api555 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing withdrawal requests. Withdrawals to bank accounts must match the name on your registered account. We do not charge withdrawal fees for transactions over Rp 500,000; transactions below this threshold may incur a processing fee of Rp 10,000.
To comply with international AML regulations, deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. If you deposit funds and attempt to withdraw without placing bets, api555 reserves the right to deduct administrative fees or decline the withdrawal request. Suspicious activity, including but not limited to structuring deposits to avoid detection, using api555 as a money transfer service, or inconsistent betting patterns, will be reported to relevant authorities.
api555 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional material. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all associated wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum bet limits.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-50%. To the maximum extent permitted by law, api555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to liability.
api555 integrates third-party game providers, payment processors, and odds providers. We are not responsible for failures, errors, or losses caused by these third-party services. Your use of third-party payment methods is subject to the terms and conditions of those payment providers.
Gambling involves risk, and losses are a natural part of gaming. api555 does not guarantee winnings or profits. You acknowledge that you may lose all deposited funds. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose, and always gamble responsibly.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees. Bonus funds and pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
api555 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and any funds in your account may be withheld pending investigation. If termination is due to your breach of terms, we reserve the right to confiscate funds.
If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent closure).
